For Invited Papers

Invited authors do not need submit papers to easychair system for reviewing, but should submit a paper to IEEE CS for publication in the proceeding. A full paper of at most 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references. The authors should follow the author kit to be sent by the IEEE CS for the preparation of the final manuscript. The author registration date and the final manuscript due date are strict. Please do follow the announcement on the the 2015 Smart World Congress website.

For Open Call Papers

Open Call Papers authors MUST submit papers to easychair system for reviewing firstly. Open Call Papers Authors should refer to the "Formatting and Publication Instructions", to prepare your paper and submit it toSubmission Systemfor reviewing.

Accepted papers will be published in one IEEE workshop proceeding together with UIC, ATC 2015 (EI-Index), published by IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper should register as a full participant of the workshop to have the paper published in the proceeding.
