STEP II: Complete the Payment
Part I: Registration Instructions
You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the STEP II.
1. The Full and Basic Registration:
1) ONE FULL REGISTRATION
NOTE: EACH accepted paper needs one Full Registration.

Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings

A copy of the proceedings (IEEE CD-ROM) the accepted paper belongs to

Access to all conference sessions and workshops/Symposium

Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
-
Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)
Please note that if your payment for Full Registration is not received by the deadline (June 5, 2015), the paper will not be included in the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
2) ONE BASIC REGISTRATION
NOTE: Basic Registration is for if one author has made the full registration, other authors of the paper want to attend the conference, or an attendee without a paper.

Paper Specifications:
1) PAPER PAGE LIMIT:
- Regular Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- Short/Poster Papers: 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- Symposium/Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- Abstract: 2 pages.
2) PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
- Regular Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$50 (RMB 300) per extra page.
- Short/Poster Papers: No overlength pages are allowed for Short/Poster papers.
- Symposium/Workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$50 (RMB 300) per extra page.
- Abstract: No overlength pages are allowed for Abstract.
3. In order to qualify for the IEEE member
reduced registration fee and the student reduced
registration fee, both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
Thus 2015 IEEE Membership Card and student voucher (e.g., student card or
other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned
image or pdf file) to service4congress@163.com.

If you register for the main conference,
for example, your paper is "UIC_1", please use the conference name as
"UIC", then fill in "1" as the
Paper_ID on the registration form. Another example, your paper is "CV2N_1", please use the workshop name as
"CV2N", then fill in "1" as the
Paper_ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure. You can find your Paper_ID from the accepted paper list: http://www.cybermatics.org/SWC2015/Service/accepted_papers.html
5. If you are paying with credit cards, Payal
does have a different sending limit for different countries/regions. If you
would like to pay for more papers and have reached the limits, please either
change a different credit card. Based on one
author's experience, some additional fees may be charged from the author's side
if the American Express card is used, but not for VISA and Mastercard.
