STEP II: Complete the Payment


Part I: 注册说明

You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the STEP II.


1.    The Full and Basic Registration:

1) ONE FULL REGISTRATION

NOTE: EACH accepted paper needs one Full Registration.

Please note that if your payment for Full Registration is not received by the deadline (June 5, 2015), the paper will not be included in the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

   

2) ONE BASIC REGISTRATION

NOTE: Basic Registration is for if one author has made the full registration, other authors of the paper want to attend the conference, or an attendee without a paper.

includes:

    • No conference proceedings
    • Access to all main conference and workshops/Symposium sessions
    • Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
    • Program brochure and conference goodies if any

2.    Paper Specifications:
    1) PAPER PAGE LIMIT (页数限制):
      - Regular Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
      - Short/Poster Papers: 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
      - Symposium/Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
      - Abstract: 2 pages.
    2) PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES (超页费):
      - Regular Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$50 (RMB 300) per extra page.
      - Short/Poster Papers: No overlength pages are allowed for Short/Poster papers.
      - Symposium/Workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$50 (RMB 300) per extra page.
      - Abstract: No overlength pages are allowed for Abstract.

3.    In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee and the student reduced registration fee, both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified. Thus 2015 IEEE Membership Card and student voucher (e.g., student card or other proof of current enrollment) must be uploaded as scanned images or pdf file during Part II.

4.    You can find your Paper_ID from the accepted paper list: http://www.cybermatics.org/SWC2015/Service/accepted_papers.html

5.    The Invoice can be picked up at the conference.


Part II: 中国大陆作者(北科除外)基本信息登记及缴费

缴费:

大陆作者缴纳注册费，必须通过银行汇款到会议账户。 建议作者不要通过ATM、拉卡拉、POS机等自助终端汇款，此方式不利于我们核实您的缴费信息，建议使用网上银行或者通过银行柜台进行汇款。
会议汇款信息公布如下:
1) 收款单位 (账户名): 北京科技大学
2) 开户银行: 工商银行北京东升路支行

注意事项:

  • 汇款时，请务必在汇款备注一项里填写"SWC2015 + Paper_ID / 汇款人的名字" (必须填写)。
  • 汇款时，请务必保存网上付款成功的截图或者银行汇款单照片，需作为汇款凭据！

Part III: 汇款凭据

请您将网上付款成功的截图或者银行汇款单照片发送至service4congress@163.com, 邮件主题: "汇款凭据 + Paper_ID / 汇款人姓名".
