Track 10: Call for Paper
Service Ecosystem has been an important factor for the success of the business. Nowadays we can observe many rapidly increasing service ecosystems such as the OpenAPI-mashup ecosystem, Workflow-Service ecosystem as well as the mobile app ecosystem, etc. In the service ecosystem, services are published by the providers but collaborate with each other in an unforeseen way based on the consumers’ requirement. Trust mechanism plays an important role for the collaboration among services. It refers to the belief that a user has regarded the intention and capability of an entity to behave as expected. Hence understanding the services behaviors and evaluating their trust remain the core issue for the service ecosystem. Additionally, as new services are published into the ecosystem over time, trust bootstrapping brings challenge for the management of these novice services. Also, consumes will select services based on their trust that the trustworthy mechanism can affect the evolution of the service ecosystem. Hence the trustworthy mechanism for the service collaboration is non-trivial but needed for the service ecosystem. Therefore, in this special track, we invite authors to submit original unpublished articles on trustworthy mechanism focusing on but not limited to the following topics:
- Empirical-based Service Behavior Analysis
- Service Trust Evaluation
- Service Behavior Prediction
- Trustworthy Service Collaboration Model
- Trustworthy Mechanism Design
- Trust Bootstrapping Methodology
- Adaptive Collaboration based on Trust
